About Us

The founders of Cooked Concepts are Jack Latimore, Isy Oderberg and Pilgrim Hodgson.

To pay the rent, one quarter of all profit is donated to Rhodanthe Lipsett Indigenous Midwifery Charitable Fund, which funds education for Aboriginal midwives across the country.

Our t-shirts are produced in Australia with screen-printing techniques to ensure the highest quality.

Bespoke fabric and tailoring is all completed by hand in Shenzhen, China, by one of Isy’s oldest family friends.

Our products are shipped with Sendle, Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service. Postage to regional/rural areas of Australia are placed with Australia Post and are also carbon neutral.

We will be rolling out new designs regularly, so make sure you get onto our mailing list for updates! You can sign up at the bottom of our homepage.

About Jack

Jack is a journalist and author and a proud Birpai/Thungutti man. Our very first products, our Hawaiian shirt and wrap-around skirt depicting the death of Captain James Cook at the hands of the Kānaka Maoli in Kealakekua Bay, Hawaii, on Valentines Day 1779, was all his idea! He continues to work with us to develop new ideas and products.

About Pilgrim

The design brains behind Cooked Concepts is Pilgrim Hodgson, designer, illustrator and all around visual communicator extraordinaire! Born to two creative parents in Adelaide, South Australia, she grew up spending a lot of time in her mum’s graphic design studio and her dad’s photography dark room. She was surrounded by art and design books and from a really early age had definite ideas about style.

About Isy

Isy Oderberg is a journalist, writer, storyteller and media communications strategist. She is the motor of the Cooked Concepts operation, handling procurement, idea spitballing, product development and supply chain.
